超声波清洗设备具有的优势有哪些

1.清洗更彻底:  

超声波清洗原理表明该种方式非常适合清洗形状复杂的构件。这类零部件若用人工清洗,有很多部位是难以或无法清洗到的。清洗剂只能溶解部分污垢,对于顽固污垢及零件内部的污垢也是力不从心。超声波技术清洗是一种奇妙的物理清洗,犹如无数小炸弹同时爆破清除物体的内外表面,如再结合清洗剂的化学清洗,因此可以使传统方法无法完成的内表面及内孔的清洗一次完成。

小型零部件的清洗目前多使用汽油或柴油刷洗,因此操作安全系数很低,易造成事故。而超声波技术清洗使用水基清洗剂,绝无事故隐患。

5 清洗效果好:

就清洗方式而言,运用于工业清洗的清洗方式一般为手工清洗,有机溶剂清洗,蒸汽气相清洗,高压水射流清洗和超声波清洗,根据清洗效果可以明显地区分清洗的方式,超声波清洗被国际公认为当前效率最高,效果最好的清洗方式,其清洗效率达到了98%以上,清洗洁净度也达到了最高级别,而传统的手工清洗和有机溶剂清洗的清洗效率仅仅为60%-70%,即使是气象清洗和高压水射流清洗的清洗效率也低于90%,因此,在工业清洗中,超声波清洗机以其效率高,效果好,适用于大工作量清洗的特性无疑是清洗的最佳选择,这也是为什么凡是对洁净度要求高的行业,如:机械加工 电子航空仪表,光学器材,医疗器械 汽车零部件等行业都选择超声波清洗的原因。
